Project Endless Possibilities (14): Gilles Kuhn

(This installment in the series is a little hard to define – but meet Gilles. What he is, you must determine for yourself. But let me say, we had a lot of fun taking pictures of a few of his many (many!) avatars. Very hard to come up with anything, Gilles doesn’t have! So this post contains a lot of pictures! You can read more about the project as well as find the previous entries here.)

  • Does your avatar look like or represent your real life self?

No, however i have an avatar that look vaguely like me but i dont use it often.

  • Do you make significant changes to your avatar often?

I have LOTS of avies and certain i have modified yes.

  • Why have you chosen to have your avatar look like he/she/it does?

As i have a lot question not apply. But i i like avies that are fun or beautifull or meaningfull.

  • Do you have a signature look?

Huh?

  • Is it important to you how your avatar looks?

I like to have nice beautifull, meaningfull, funny avies yes.

  • Do you have some basics that you always wear (certain color of hair, eyes or …)?

No.

  • What does it mean to you how other avatars look? Do you avoid talking to some avatars because of their appearance?

Absolutely not it is for fun anyway.

  • How has your perspective on your avatar and your thoughts about your appearance changed since you first joined Second Life?

It has not really.

  • Has Second Life influenced your Real Life in any way?

Yes but not due to avatar looks.

  • How do you view your avatar? Is it just a tool to be able to navigate SL, is it an aspect of your persona, a virtual representation of you or maybe your best friend?

Its only voxels, but some voxels are cools. But i do use different avies in different contecxt or/and changing avies to underline a point or make a pratical joke.
